I know these insecurities can be paralyzing, making you second-guess your decisions and hold back from embracing new opportunities.
I’m here to tell you that what’s standing in your way is not your capabilities or achievements, but these deeply rooted doubts and fears. But nothing will change if you don’t choose to prioritize your growth, your healing and your transformation. The same people and similar scenarios will continue to replay over and over in your life. Not liking what you see when you look in the mirror, the arguments with your loved ones, doubting what to wear to dinner for fear of judgement, not feeling like your voice matters, hating yourself as you question every single thing you say or do because you are so wracked with guilt and fear of embarrassing yourself, hurting someone else, or not feeling worthy of being accepted by others.
Have you ever looked in the mirror and thought you don’t like what you see? Maybe you wished you were prettier, thinner, that your body wasn’t changing, that your hair wasn’t frizzy, your hips would get smaller, that you were a bit younger, happily married?
Have you been raised to be a good girl, to be liked, to belong, to say the right thing, and to not hurt someone’s feelings?
Have you ever betrayed yourself to please family and friends?
Have you ever questioned yourself and doubted what value you bring to the world?
Have you ever had this sense that there is more that you have to offer the world, there’s a gift inside of you a purpose inside of you something burning inside of you, but you’re not shining your light fully?
